Protractor's 360 Degree Customer Contact
We provide a completely integrated, email based, CRM solution for free to every Protractor customer. The idea behind the 360 system
is to keep the service cycle going and customer retention high. At the post service routing, or checkout, the system informs you
when the vehicle will be due for its next service. At this time, you can pre-book the appointment with the customer. That is when Protractor takes over
using your parameters.
The 360 Degree Cycle:
- Book the appointment
- Customer is reminded in advance of their appointment
- After they complete their appointment, they are sent a thank you message with
a customer survey option
- If they don't show up they are sent a no show message asking them to
reschedule
- You book the next appointment during the post service routine
- The cycle continues

Protractor's 360 Degree Customer Contact Postcards
The email program described above can also be done with postcards. However, a
fee is charged for each postcard sent. The cycle and parameter works the same as
the email program and can be run as a replacement to the email program or in
conjunction with it.
