Protractor has many tools for you to use to get at your data. Any of the reports mentioned in the following list of tools are exportable to spreadsheet or delimited files. The exported data then allows you to manipulate and use the data to suit your needs - including mail merges.

  • Driving reports for traditional service reminders requires data that tracks the services due. In Protractor, this is done using custom maintenance plans and the service reminder report allows you to extract this data based on the maintenance plan assigned to the vehicle.
