Move It On Over...

There may be circumstances where you wish to move things around on the work order. You may have the need to change the order of problems, inspections, services, or items within any of those. By default, these will appear in the order you placed them on the work order. However, they don't have to stay like that.

You may want the most important problems listed first or related services to appear together. Whatever the reason; it is easy to accomplish.

To move a service, problem or inspection up or down:

  1. Select the entire service, problem or inspection.
  2. Right click and choose the up or down arrow.
  3. Move Services Tour
     
To move items (labor or material) within a service, problem, or inspections up or down:

  1. Right click on the item.
  2. Select move up or move down

To move items to another problem, inspection or service:

  1. Right click on the item.
  2. Click on Move To...
